DINERBOT T9 Pro
The DINERBOT T9 Pro is KEENON's self-pickup ("grab-and-go") variant of the T9 delivery robot, launched in October 2023 and awarded the 2023 GOOD DESIGN Award. It shares the T9 footprint (50.0 x 52.7 x 126.6 cm) and 40 kg total load, but uses three sensor-equipped trays, an 11.6-inch touchscreen, light strips and voice prompts to guide guests to take their own order at the table, after which the robot departs on its own. Navigation is marker-free VSLAM with stereo-vision obstacle detection on a die-cast chassis; it weighs 45.2 kg, runs up to 15 hours per charge and moves at up to 0.8 m/s.

Safety, Elevated
DINERBOT T9 Pro uses stereo vision sensors for precise, safe service in any environment. The additional stereo vision sensor detects low obstacles and prevents falls from stairs.

Smart Self-Pickup Guidance
Made possible by tray sensors, and voice and visual guidance. Three trays fitted with sensors detect when an item is placed or removed; the large 11.6-inch touchscreen, voice prompts and integrated light strips show guests which plate to take. After pickup the robot departs autonomously, and it alerts diners if an incorrect item is retrieved. Sequential pickup-and-delivery tasks can be chained.
